Together we will notice and pay attention to the rhythms offered to us, tuning into our own cycles and patterns, those offered to us by the moon, the seasons, the bugs and trees, winter storms, gardens, weeds and beyond!

Realigning to Health

We've heard of seasonal eating, and it goes way beyond this. When we allow our bodies to remember the cycles we come from we naturally rest back into the cradle of knowing. Our bodies are allowed to exhale, realigning in remembrance. Knowing just what to do, to realign to balance.

Life in Rhythm & Cadence

Life doesn't have a simple beginning and end point. Rather many cycles with beginnings, transformations & endings, which ultimately lead into new beginnings. And around and around we go. Practice living in rhythm to this cyclical pace we're offered, from the small to the grand!

Together, we meet virtually in ceremony prior to passing through the doorway marker, to prepare physically and energetically aligning to the unique energies of the Eight Quarter & Cross-Quarter Doorways of the Year  ~

We will meet for about an hour virtually, 8 times throughout the year. And will be connected and supported together between each live ceremony, through group platforms, to share, connect and be reminded of the energies we're passing through. Whether these are seasonal energy shifts, lunar changes, or other galactic influences that are beaming upon us!

This is a year-long membership. The energies of each doorway build on each other. It is powerful to witness transformation and growth throughout the full year cycle. AND - the time commitment doesn't have to be overwhelming. You can pass through these cyclical shifts with as much energy and honoring as feels good in your body and your life. The intention is where the power lies. Even a nod towards Mother Nature is profoundly received. Your energy & your life will take note!
The ceremonies will be scheduled in light of the members. We will do the best we can to come together in a time container that works for most, or all, of us! And if it still doesn't align, there will be a recording available so you still feel empowered and connected to the energies you are passing through.
