What Is Intentional Fertility?

This is not a ‘last ditch effort’ fertility treatment, in fact it’s just the opposite. Intentional Fertility is tuning into the body, the mind and the spirit as you are welcoming the idea of bringing in a new life. This is the prepping of your vessel, your heart and your lifestyle to welcome this new being in a state of intention, balance and creation. The children that are coming in right now are powerful! They know who they are and they are ready to get busy. They are coming into your life with intention, spirit and truth. Hosting them is no joke! Finding alignment within yourself, before the creation stage, will set you and your family up in a state of ease, trust and joy that will support your family for the potential you’re all here for.

The conversation of a healthy pregnancy often begins after the first period is missed and ends after the baby is delivered. While, there are times when pre-pregnancy planning isn’t an option, by making it so you are setting your body, mind and spirit up for a head start, for your baby's health, as well as your strength, stamina and stability after your baby is born, and beyond. Knowing yourself, trusting your innate wisdom and being able to support yourself through this journey into parenthood is truly empowered wisdom at it’s finest. And having that deep well of trust and wisdom to impart upon your child is magic! When you remember how to tune into yourself, your needs and your truths before the whirlwind of pregnancy takes over your body, the downstream choices you make will come through with empowered clarity.

Getting your body into a balanced, rhythmic state will allow you to re-center to balance time and time again. Let’s be honest, the road of parenthood is never completely smooth, but knowing how to align to your balance will make it so much more fun and joyfilled, allowing you to flow with life’s riffles with much more ease. Thus, allowing these patterns, habits and rituals to be passed along to the generations to come.

  • The practices in this program can fully support you wherever you are on your fertility journey. Whether you’re thinking of some day having a family, already have children or have been trying for a while, understanding and instilling these practices as lifestyle will support and empower your fertility journey.

  • There are 12 weekly self-paced modules. It is recommended to complete these practices a minimum of 3 months prior to conceiving, and ideally, 6 - 9+ months prior to conceiving.

  • While ideally your Intentional Fertility journey begins pre-pregnancy, most of the practices in this program can safely be done while being pregnant, though slight modifications may be necessary. If pregnant or possibly pregnant while participating in Sacred Seed, please let me know as soon as you know.

  • You have access to the program content as long as it exists. You will have access to the group container for 6 months with an option for continued support after that time.

  • Each module has 1 or 2 audio lessons along with an Action Task Handout for the week. Allow an hour each week for the program content, along with time to include the practices into your life each week. This is where the real power of this program is!

    The weekly group coaching calls will be up to an hour, either Live or Replayed.

    The more time you invest in the community space, the richer your experience will be.
