Is the season nudging you..?
And all of a sudden we find ourselves in full on Summer!
While summer is at it’s peak, as the wheel of the year spins through Lammas, it’s also a time of noticing that summer will be coming to an end soon, the full harvest time will soon be upon us and the seasons will once again be in transition.
And your body notices.
As you transition through the year there are times when it’s natural to support the body through transition.
And this is one of those times.
With the plethora of produce happening right now and a colder time of year approaching, now is the ideal time for a seasonal cleanse or reset of the body. This can include transitioning with food, as well as habits, mindset, energy and even the space you’re inhabiting.
Depending on your life, your energy and your schedule, now through the fall can be appropriate timing.
I have been supporting my body, and others, through the seasonal transitions of Spring & Fall for many years now, and I notice the difference it makes. I have also developed a comprehensive understanding of what works best. We’re not all the same, and I’ve never believed one size makes sense for all when it comes to lifestyle wellness.
